Call for Choral conductor for children’s choir in China
(full-time)
UNIART (ICT Management GmbH in Vienna) in cooperation with the Club ”Friends of Vienna Boys Choir“ in Peking China are looking for the following position:
European Choral Conductor for children’s choir in China
Working place: Peking/Guangzhou/Chengdu
Duration: first contract term for 1 year and renewable afterwards, work starting from Feb. 2025
Job Profile:
- Solfège class for children (4-6 years old);
- Choral training for children’s choir (6-14 years old);
- Vocal training for children’s choir (6-14 years old);
- Organizing related activities (e.g. music workshops, performance and concerts)
Qualifications:
- Relevant education with pedagogical degree (IGP 1-2).
- Music teaching and choral conducting experience.
- Very good knowledge of English (this is your teaching language).
- Good teaching methods and skills, good self-management in workplace.
- Esprit of teamwork, good capability of adaptability in different working environment.
Work conditions:
- Work in an innovative music educational team;
- Apartment with kitchen and shower, air condition;
- Salary: starting with 2000 Euro net/month.
- Payment of insurance costs.
- Assumption of travel expenses (international flights).
