6-7 strings viola da gamba by Pierre Bohr 1997 with two bows

Stolen: 01 Sep 2015 - Country house near Martina Franca (Taranto-Italy)

Description of Instrument:
That Viol (Bohr, 1997) was stolen in Martina Franca (Italy) in the first week of september, with 2 bows . The viol is by 7 strings (actually 6), with Minerva's head. The instrument is a copy of a french viol attributed to Bertrand. The snakewood bow is by Cangelosi; the pernambuco bow is by Gorr (model Marais). The viol and bows where in a black carbon fiber case.
