Self-employed Visiting Music Teacher – Guitar (Electric, Acoustic, Classical)

A space has become available for a Visiting Music Teacher (Guitar) to use the facilities at St Paul’s School (SPS) and St Paul’s Juniors (SPJ).

Visiting Music Teachers (VMTs) are self-employed and the contract for provision of lessons is between parents and the VMT. VMT Service Agreements and arrangements for instrumental lessons are managed by the Music School Manager (MSM) who acts as an agent in making the contractual arrangements with parents.

Currently, there is approximately two days of teaching available. The successful applicant will also lead an afterschool Rock and Roll Club, with support from the Director of Music of St Paul’s Juniors. Closing date for expressions of interest is 9am on Monday 26 August 2024. Following your expression of interest, you may be invited to a meeting with the Music School Manager on Thursday 5 September 2024.
