Principal Viola (no2)

To act as Principal Viola, sitting number 2.

We ask that you submit a video for the 1st round, with the following:

• Tchaikovsky – Serenade for String (D to E)
• Puccini – Manon Lescaut excerpt
• Vaughan Williams – Norfolk Rhapsody (Solo at A)
• Rachmaninov – Symphony No1 (Movement 4 exceprt)

The music is supplied with the sections marked. The panel will only hear the audio to keep the process anonymous. Please upload by 18th November 2024.

For those who are successful in the online submission stage we are looking to hold the next round of screened, in-person auditions (with accompanist), at Maida Vale Studios, London 6th December 2024.

Any required pieces and prepared excerpts for the in person auditions will be added for upload soon.
