The 24th International Piano Duo Competition (Tokyo)

The International Piano Duo Association Competition is one of the few competitions in the world that specializes exclusively in the Piano Duo genre.
IPDA (International Piano Duo Association) was established in 1989 with the aim of popularizing and promoting the field of piano duo, enhancing the art of piano duo. Since 1990, we have alternated between composition competitions and performance competitions of the piano duo genre.
In recent years, the piano duo genre has become more popular, and many professional players have emerged from the winners of this competition.
This year's competition is going to be for piano performance. We are very thrilled to meet many talented pianists from around the globe this winter.
