Orchestra manager

In coordination with the Opera Director, the Intendant, and the producers, arranges and organizes the orchestra's rehearsal schedule.
When organizing the schedule, takes into account the terms of individual sections and musicians in the orchestra, in accordance with the rules of the profession and the organization of the orchestra's working hours.
Keeps records of the realization of orchestral rehearsals and the attendance of individual musicians at rehearsals.
When orchestra members request approval for artistic work outside the Theater, days off, annual leave (outside the terms of collective annual leave), checks their schedule and informs the Opera Director, the Intendant, and the producers. Agrees with the Opera Director on the composition of the orchestra for individual programs or projects and, if necessary, arranges external collaborators (so-called assistants) for individual sections. Gives opinions to the Opera Director and the Intendant on the performance quality of individual programs, engaged external collaborators in the orchestra, instrumental soloists, and guest conductors.
Together with the Orchestra's Artistic Council, designs and implements conductor evaluation procedures.
Cooperates with the Opera Director or the Intendant, as well as with the producers and orchestra members, in solving various problems in the orchestra's work or implementing various procedures and processes necessary for the orchestra's work, such as instrument rentals or purchases, procurement of consumables for instruments, auditions, instrument fees, etc.
Required Professional Qualifications:
Higher professional qualifications in the field of music education.
Required Artistic Orientation: Musician
Required Work Experience: 1 year of work experience
Required Knowledge of World Languages: Active knowledge of the English language
