Digital Content Producer

The National Youth Orchestra is the UK’s leading organisation championing orchestral music as a powerful agent for teenage development.

We are looking for a Digital Content Producer to lead on the creation of high quality video, photography, and social content that brings NYO’s story to life. Your work will showcase the transformative power of orchestral music, capturing how playing together builds confidence, inspires joy, and develops young musicians both artistically and personally. You’ll consult, work, and create in collaboration with young people, ensuring their voices and experiences are at the heart of our storytelling.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to produce industry-leading content for a dynamic and inspiring organisation. You will work across video, photography, and social media, crafting compelling narratives that engage teenage musicians, audiences, and supporters. Additionally, your work will play a crucial role in inspiring donors and funders, strengthening NYO’s community of support.

A background in music and a passion for orchestral and/or classical music is essential, ensuring you can create high-quality content that captures the energy, skill, and passion of young musicians.

You will also play a key role in NYO’s Bloomberg Digital Accelerator project, an ambitious initiative designed to expand access to orchestral music through engaging and informative digital content.
