Director of Development and Marketing

Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with the Lubbock Entertainment and Performing Arts Association (LEPAA) in the search for a Director of Development and Marketing. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Director of Development and Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving LEPAA’s growth and visibility through strategic marketing, fundraising, and community engagement efforts. The Director will design and implement comprehensive marketing plans, while also spearheading initiatives to expand financial support through a diverse range of fundraising channels. By fostering an innovative, collaborative environment, the Director will elevate LEPAA’s profile, drive community engagement, and strengthen its financial foundation for future growth. Lubbock Entertainment and Performing Arts Association, a nonprofit organization with oversight of the world-class Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, Texas, is dedicated to building community through extraordinary experiences, creative collaboration, and inclusive access to the arts, entertainment, and education.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience, accompanied by at least five years experience in marketing management within a nonprofit or arts setting, is preferred for this position. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
