• Qualified Band Master (LRSM or equivalent)
• Current or former musician of a British Military Band
• Ability to design and implement training programmes for the overall development of the band
• Working knowledge of all band instruments
• Proficiency in music theory instruction
• Competent keyboard skills
• Working knowledge of band arranging and composition skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage musicians of different abilities.
