Tokyo Sinfonia International Conductor Workshops - 2025
10-day sessions for aspiring conductors/music directors provide more than 180 minutes of individual podium time rehearsing the Tokyo Sinfonia and conducting in concert in Oji Hall in the heart of Tokyo. Each conductor is invited to propose a major work from the Sinfonia Collection to rehearse and conduct. 9 nights complementary hotel accommodation are provided during the session. Total fees for the session including hotel are $2,500. Payments may be structured in increments upon request. A Letter of Acceptance will be provided to assist with applications for financial support from community and national associations or crowd-funding. A zoom call may be scheduled to address individual questions. Conductors from more than 20 nations have participated in the workshops.
