NTD 10th International Chinese Vocal Competition

The 10th NTD International Chinese Vocal Competition” is one in a series of international cultural and arts events hosted by NTD Television. The aim of this competition is to promote traditional vocal arts of pure authenticity, pure goodness, and pure beauty, and provide a world arena for all Chinese vocalists to showcase their talents.
The final round of the Competition will be broadcast through live stream video on NTD’s social media platforms. It will also be broadcast on NTD’s TV network.
Competition Content
The repertoire for the competition includes standard-reperoire Western opera arias, and Chinese classic art songs (that are not political).
Preliminary round: Performance of two songs: one, an aria from a western opera; the other from a Chinese art song
Semi-final round:
Final round:
Regional preliminaries in Germany (Europe) and Taiwan (Asia-Pacific) provide multiple pathways to qualify.
