"Pancho Vladigerov" International Piano Competition

“Pancho Vladigerov” International Piano Competition will be held in March 2025 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The competition is open to pianists of all nationalities, born after January 1, 1993, who will compete in a single age group. The official opening will take place on March 1, 2025, at the concert hall of the National Academy of Music “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov”.
Semi-final (March 6-7, 2025): Performance of a piano concerto with chamber orchestra in collaboration with the Sofia Soloists Chamber Ensemble.
Final (March 9, 2025): Performance of a piano concerto with symphony orchestra in collaboration with the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the National Academy of Music.

2️⃣ Second prize: €10,000
3️⃣ Third prize: €5,000
4️⃣ Special prize for performance of a work by Pancho Vladigerov: €2,000
5️⃣ NMA prize: €1,000
