Online Competitions: Piano/Accordion/Piano Solo Composition/ Musicology contest

The Around the Globe International Music Festival celebrates music's rich diversity of various styles. It features online competitions showcasing different keyboard instruments, including piano and accordion, and music-related disciplines, such as piano solo composition and musicology contests for best-written articles for young music students. Most competitions are open to participants of ALL AGES ages and nationalities and of various levels. We believe in the power of FEEDBACK to nurture talent. Candidates will receive CERTIFICATES and a detailed written report from our esteemed Jury Panel Adjudicators.

- The online entries will be open and FREE to submit from 30 September. The deadline is 18 November 2024.

This competition appears to include an online round that charges over €35. musicalchairs is concerned that the fee for online judging must be commensurate with the value offered to applicants whether they are successful or unsuccessful. Please therefore study the guidelines for this competition carefully:

Is the Jury for the online round published and are they widely respected musicians?
Does each Jury member listen to the submissions in full?
Do applicants receive detailed and considered feedback about their complete performance/score from the Jury?
