II. Job Description
1. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses including but not limited to courses in the undergraduate music theory, Analytical Techniques, Pedagogy of Music Theory, and graduate theory seminars.
2. Supervise undergraduate projects, graduate theses, and doctoral dissertations.
3. Assist to build a domestic and international academic network.
4. Provide employment guidance and suggestions for graduates.
5. Participate in various domestic and international academic activities.
6. Pursue a vigorous research agenda.

III. Qualification Requirements
1. A doctoral degree in music theory.
2. Evidence of established and active research in the field of music theory.
3. Excellence in college-level teaching.
