It was in a light 'yanko' brown wooden box, within a black acrylic outer cover, which has 'laminate' stickers on it & Abbey Rd Orchestral Pass No. 0568. Inside main box is a silver reed box engraved with name 'Dom'. It also has a unique bell which has dimples on the inner surface of the bore as per picture attached.
