Baroque Horn made by Andreas Jungwirth (2001), model Leichambschneider, with 2 crooks (F & G)
Stolen: 13 Jul 2011 - around 6:00am - Frankfurt (Oder)
The person who stole the instrument went back immediately to Poland through the city of Poznam.
Description de l'instrument:
Dear friends,
My baroque horn was stolen 14 days ago in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, which is on the german-polish border directly opposite to the town of Słubice . Inexplicably, the person I lent the horn to didn't notice me about the matter until a few days ago when I wanted to get the horn back from him. It happened near the Frankfurt train station in the night of the 12th to the 13th of July. Circumstances are nebulous.
This is a very long shot but please keep an eye open!
A bit more about the instrument: it is a Baroque Horn made by Andreas Jungwirth (Vienna, Austria) in 2001, after Leichambschneider. Two crooks were with the horn when it disappeared: F and G. The inside of the bell is black and there is a home-made ornamental cord on the body of the instrument. At the moment it was stolen, the horn was in a blue rigid case. You can take a look at a few pictures of the horn on my Facebook page.
Thanks everyone for your help!
Kind regards,
Pierre-Antoine
