Born in Lyon, Hubert Chanon studied with Jean-Frédéric Schmitt and later William Salchow in New York; now resident in Québec, he has produced fine quality bows since the mid-1980s.
Silver mounts with mother of pearl inlay.
Stamped on the stick with the maker's name.
