Concertmaster

As the Concertmaster with the UAE National Orchestra, you will hold a pivotal leadership role, serving as the primary liaison between the conductor and the orchestra. You will lead the first violin section, guide the string sections, and ensure the highest level of artistic excellence during rehearsals and performances. This position requires exceptional technical mastery of the violin, profound knowledge of orchestral repertoire, and strong leadership and communication skills. The Concertmaster plays a key role in shaping the orchestra's sound and artistic direction, fostering collaboration and inspiring fellow musicians.
