With contract starting immediately or by mutual agreement (full-time job)

Your application must be delivered by December 5th, 2024 to inspektor@mfo.cz and must contain: Third horn with obligation of first and second horn
– Name, surname, phone number and email address
– CV
– Information, if you need a piano accompanist

The audition consists of two rounds:
1st round:
Required recital composition with piano accompaniment:
W. A. Mozart – Concert No. 2 E flat major, KV 417 (1st + 2nd movement – without cadence)
Orchestral parts:
J. Brahms – Piano concert No. 1 op. 15 – 3rd horn
R. Strauss – Till Eulenspiegel op. 28 – 1st horn

2nd round:
Orchestral parts:
B. Smetana – My Country – Blaník – 1st horn
J. Brahms – Piano concert No. 2 op. 83 – 3rd horn
P. I. Čajkovskij – Symphony No. 5 – 1st horn
A. Dvořák – Symphony No. 9 op. 95 – 3rd horn
L. v. Beethoven – Overture Leonore (Fidelio) op. 72 – 2nd horn

Audition will take place on December 12th, 2024
at Moravská filharmonie Olomouc, Horní náměstí 23, Olomouc, Czech Republic, Reduta hall

The exact schedule of the audition will be specified five days before the audition.

The selected candidates will be invited to the audition.
