AUDITIONS FOR SINGERS
Be a part of one of the largest Christmas shows in Europe. We need classical and music theatre singers from all backgrounds and ethnicities with experience of choral, ensemble or solo work in concerts, operas or shows. We are committed to having a diverse range of skills, experience and talent working with us both front and backstage, and as such we’re keen for applicants from under-represented groups to apply; which include those from minority ethnic groups, lower socio-economic groups, the LGBTQIA+ community and different backgrounds, to ensure we are truly representative of all. The vocal ensemble of 58 singers is used in many different combinations, from cathedral choral to show ensemble, with solo step-outs in classical, music theatre, jazz and character styles. The work is hard but very rewarding. The overall package, including subsistence, is in the region of £10,000. There are 12 weeks of high-energy rehearsals and performances, playing to capacity audiences of well over 110,000 in total.
