The masterclass for conductors, church musicians and music teachers deals with works for choir and orchestra, as well as the special technique and working methods of a conductor who has vocalists and orchestra in front of him at the same time.
The Sächsischer Kammerchor and the Junges Märkisches Kammerorchester are at the disposal of the course participants.The course leader is music director Fabian Enders.
Each active participant may perform publicly as a conductor in the final concert.

Special lectures:
Working with strings for conductors (lecturer: Stefan R. Kelber),
work of a choir director at the opera house (lecturer: Uwe Hanke).
