The first festival/competition started in 2023 as a piano competition in a Trebinje (BiH), a city in the southeast of Bosnia and Herzegovina, just 20 kilometers from Dubrovnik. Trebinje is known as the city of "sun and plane trees". Trebinje has about 260 sunny days a year and is one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The festival was held in three locations in its first year:
The Music School, the Trebinje City Museum and the Trebinje Cultural Center, which owns a Steinway D model piano.
The large turnout of candidates testifies to the professional organization of the competition and its top level. Over 200 competitors competed in 12 categories for the "Golden Leotard" award in 2024.
We had expert jury as Natalia Trull, Yuri Kot, Katarina Krpan…
In 2025 festival expanded into 9 disciplines: piano, piano duo, complementary piano, viola, violin, cello, flute, clarinet and chamber music.
Awards - concerts in Trebinje (BiH) and Oslo ( Norway).
