Violin:

Fine italian violin by Claudio Gamberini - Bologna 1932

Precio: € 35000
Great instrument. Perfect measurements. In nearly perfect condition (only the fingerboard needs some cleaning). Never been on the market before.
Valued in person last June at £ 30,000 by the head of an eminent auction house in London (a record of this can be provided).
The violin was deemed authentic by the auction house and by an independent and expert luthier, who also confirmed the appraisal.
All parts are original, label included.
Two owners only: it was bought new in 1932 by my father's teacher, who had been 1st viola in the orchestra of Arturo Toscanini, and then inherited in 1978 by my father, one of his best pupils.
It has a very powerful, beautiful and full sound, with a quick response, that makes it suitable for professional soloists and for the most demanding performances.
You can try it in northeastern Italy. Payment in euros, before consignment (by wire transfer or italian cashier's check). Case included.
No shipping: the instrument will be given to you personally.
