Bassoon:

Heckel 78xx

Precio: US $
Truly one-of-a-kind Heckel, #78xx, owned by Thom de Klerk, First Solo Bassoonist of the Concertgebouw Orchestra from 1935-1966. After de Klerk's passing, and to honor him, the 2nd owner had metal plaques created with their two names engraved. One of these remains, and Keith Bowen placed it on the bell joint. Completely overhauled and refinished, wood and metal, by Keith Bowen, and has been stored for a number of years- with brief, periodic playing. Silver Tone Hole inserts placed by Jim Keyes at a later date (who also checked it over). This is a Master Series Heckel instrument with a Master Series' sound.
**Bell is original Ivory, "almost perfect". Sorry, no Bocals incl.
