This position is only open to Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents of Australia, or New Zealand Citizens. If applicants are unable to travel to Hobart, the TSO will accept recorded auditions. Salary range $76,854 – 84,088.

Audition Requirements
Set work
First movement of a concerto, plus cadenza where relevant, by one of the following composers:
Vanhal OR Dittersdorf OR Koussevitsky OR Bottesini
AND
Own choice work
A solo work with piano accompaniment, or a movement from a Bach cello suite. You may choose another contrasting movement from the above concerto list if desired.
AND
All orchestral excerpts
