Sub-Principal (No.4) Double Bass
Applications are invited for the position of Sub-Principal (No.4) Double Bass with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. The position is full-time and permanent.
The panel is looking for a candidate who:
• Demonstrates a mature understanding and execution of the requirements of a section double bass member.
• Contributes actively to the cohesiveness of the section.
• Demonstrates support for, and contribution to, the leadership of the section both on and off the platform, including providing constructive criticism where appropriate.
A requirement of this job is stepping up to Assistant Principal (No.3).
