Music Arranger

We are seeking a visionary Music Arranger to join our world-class ensemble. This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled arranger passionate about creating innovative orchestral works that celebrate diverse musical traditions and resonate on a global stage.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and adapt musical arrangements that align with the orchestra’s artistic vision.
• Collaborate closely with the Artistic Director, conductors, and musicians to produce cohesive, high-quality performances.
• Orchestrate pieces that highlight the ensemble's unique blend of classical and contemporary traditions.
• Support rehearsals and performances by ensuring all arrangements are technically sound and artistically enriching.
• Innovate with fresh, dynamic arrangements that celebrate the cultural richness of the UAE and the broader Middle East.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Music (composition, orchestration, or a related field). Advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in orchestral arranging and composition with a proven record of excellence.
• Skills:
o Mastery of orchestral instrumentation and music theory.
o Proficiency in notation software and digital audio tools.
o Strong collaborative and communication skills.
o Passion for integrating diverse musical traditions into innovative arrangements.
