Second Violin, No. 2 and No. 5
London Mozart Players (LMP) is inviting applications for the positions of Second Violin, No. 2 and Second Violin, No. 5.
Candidates can choose to apply for Second Violin No. 2, Second Violin No. 5 or both positions. To make sure that our audition process is as equitable as possible, all applications will be treated completely anonymously and all rounds until the chamber round are adjudicated blind. We therefore ask that you do not discuss your application with members of the orchestra or panel.

Jason won't be part of the final selection panel, and any pre-application conversations will be treated as confidential. We look forward to receiving your application.

Please note you must have submitted your application and first-round recording by 11.59pm on Friday 31 January 2025. All recordings must be unaccompanied, unedited and recorded on a phone in a single take. The audition requirements should be recorded and uploaded as a single video file to the Musical Chairs portal before the deadline.
If shortlisted, applicants will be invited to a second round in-person audition which will be held in London (venue TBC) on Tuesday 25 and Thursday 27 March. For full details on the audition process, please download the application pack.
