Double Bass Tutti
The auditions will be held on 9th December 2024 at 10.00 AM
in SND new building on Pribinova 17, 819 01 Bratislava
Application deadline 29th November 2024
Start date 1st January 2025

Applicants are kindly requested to submit their applications including:
Brief professional CV
A copy of the highest attained degree certificate in Music
(minimum degree requirement is conservatory or – in case of schools outside Slovakia, a degree from a secondary school in a given speciality), or a certificate of current university studies in a given speciality;
Personal data processing (GDPR) consent (a permit written in the application mail).

Audition repertoire:
• K.D. von Dittersdorf - Concerto in E major 1st and 2nd movement with cadenza or
J.B. Vaňhal - Concerto in D major 1st and 2nd movement with cadenza
• a piece of free choice (should not be from the classical period)
• orchestral excerpts from the standard repertoire available at the following link: https://snd.sk/konkurzy-na-umelcov,
• sight reading.

If the candidates require a répétiteur provided by the SND free of charge, they are kindly asked
to send the request along with the application.
Candidates are also welcome to bring their own piano répétiteur at their own expenses.
We offer a starting salary from Euro 1,620 + artistic and personal bonuses + 1-week extra vacation.
