The International Violin Masterclass of Bohuslav Matoušek

These masterclasses help young violinists to work with renowed soloists and pedagogues, participate in concerts in the beautiful castle in Žďár nad Sázavou and make progress, to achieve their goals.

The duration is two weeks. Every year, the MMHK courses start with an opening concert, presenting the faculty members and playing a varied program (solo and chamber music). After that, the masterclasses begin and students can present themselves on two concerts : The Open Air Concert and the Final Concert of the MMHK. Pianists are provided for the participants.
