European Chamber Music Competition

The Lions Club Brescia Host, in partnership with the Conservatorio Luca Marenzio of Brescia, is establishing a European Scholarship Competition, named after Gasparo da Salò, in favor of talented young musicians, to help and encourage them in the study of music, so that they can become bearers of the universal message that music represents. Chamber ensembles consisting of 2 to 8 executors with free instrumental ensemble, with or without piano, may participate in the competition; singers and piano duos are not eligible. The average age of participants may not exceed an age of 32 years as of June 07, 2025. The participants will be judged by a jury composed of distinguished concert performers and composers.
– The finalists will receive a diploma of participation with a ranking indication; the top three ensembles will receive a scholarship of € 3,000.00 for the first classified, € 2,000.00 for the second, and € 1,000.00 for the third ensemble, respectively.
