Box Office Assistant

Liverpool Philharmonic presents over 400 concerts and events every year, so there’s always lots going on at our Box Office. We’re currently looking for a Box Office Assistant to help ensure that our ticketing services and sales are as strong as possible. In this role, you’ll use the Spektrix ticketing system to sell tickets by phone and in-person, providing impeccable customer service at all times. You’ll also help to resolve any issues customers raise and answer queries about everything from our event programme to travel advice. If you’ve got great numerical and communication skills, a real passion for music and can work well under pressure, get in touch!
