3/4 Thwaites Workshop Double bass (UK)

3/4 size Thwaites Workshop Double bass, with Violin Outline and Swell Back. Beautiful looking instrument with Highly Flamed Woods in Orange-Red, Solid Maple Wood throughout. Recent professional setup by Laurence Dixon including new Evah Pirrazi strings. The low action and low tension strings deliver a smooth playing experience.

I have recently used this bass to successfully audition for music conservatoires. It has been used in both solo and orchestral performances. This lovely instrument would suit any intermediate or advanced player.
