Cello:
“Blondie” by Australian luthier Tom Ferguson
Preis: £5000
Circa 2015.
This cello is extremely unusual as it is made from Australian woods (see description in photo).
It’s a large instrument, would definitely suit a larger, stronger player (the woods are heavier than European woods). Possibly good for contemporary and pop work, a very strong rich tone.
Bought from Tom directly in 2016 for $8250 (Australian).
Sale will include a Bobelock hard case worth £500.
