announces an audition for a percussion player
The audition will take place at Janacek Philharmonic headquarters
on 30th June 2025 at 1pm

1st round
Snare drum - N. R. Korsakov: Scheherazade
M. Ravel - Bolero
D. Paliev – Etude No.4 (possible with a piano)
Xylophone G. Gershwin – An American in Paris
Glockenspiel S. Prokofiev - Alexander Nevsky
Tambourine I. F. Stravinsky - Petrushka
A. Dvorak-Carnival
Triangle B. Smetana-Blaník
Pair cymbals P.I. Tchaikovsky- Symphony No.4-Final of 4th movement
A. Dvorak: Slavonic Dance No. 8
2nd round
Glockenspiel P. Dukas-The Sorcerer´s Apprentice
Vibraphone vibraphone part from West Side Story - Cool
Timpani F. Kruger – Etude No.45
Sight- reading orchestral parts will be available at audition
