Concertmaster of the Violin Section

The Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society announces competitions for the vacant positions of the 1st Concertmaster of the 1st Violin Section, the 2nd Concertmaster of the 1st Violin Section and a musician of the 1st Violin Section of the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra. The competitions will be held at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Concert Hall.

On 9 January 2025 at 14.00, the first round of the competition for the 1st Concertmaster and the 2nd Concertmaster as well as the competition for a position of a musician of the 1st Violin Section will take place.

On 10 January 2025 at 14.00, the second round of the competition for the 1st Concertmaster and the 2nd Concertmaster will take place.

The deadline for receipt of documents is 31 December 2024.

1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
2. Copies of academic certificates
3. Application form (free form)

Salary:
1st Concertmaster: €2,496 to €2,850 (before taxes).
2nd Concertmaster: €2296 to €2600 (before taxes).
Musician of the 1st Violin Section: €2 000 to €2 300 (before taxes).

Salary depends on education, professional qualifications and similar work experience.
