Menuhin Academy Spring Masterclasses

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the Spring MASTERCLASSES for violin, viola, and cello at the Menuhin Academy in Switzerland. These masterclasses will be held from March 16th to March 22nd in the prestigious Rosey Concert Hall in Rolle.

The Masterclasses were created in 1984 by the Simon I. Patiño Foundation in collaboration with the Menuhin Academy. These events aim to bring together young musicians of the highest level through intensive courses, inspiring concerts, and workshops, with a special focus on chamber music.

During the course, future students of the Menuhin Academy are selected and recruited for a three-year full-time program during which lessons, are provided free of charge.

Lord Menuhin’s vision was to offer young string virtuosos from around the world the opportunity to refine their skills by learning from the best professors and performing in public concerts as part of our chamber orchestra, the Menuhin Academy Soloists.
