Music with european touch! This is no payed place!
Most of us are former professionals (some are still active musicians). So we are either in pension and/or after military music education or studies. Many of us are from Miliz or Reserve, between 18 and 81 years. Some are special selected amateur musicians.
We are currently building the orchestra with 90 wind instruments. After that we want to add 20 string instruments in 2025.
If you are interested in taking part, we would be happy to add you to the list of interested parties and then get in touch with you! We have 3-4 appointments per year. The rehearsals take place in Hamburg, concerts are throughout Europe.
The requirement are easy:
you should travel with your instrument and the printed sheet music by yourself to us on your expense; we will take care of the rehearsals, meals and accommodation for free. Travel costs may refundable by your state per Tax refund/deduction (Volunteering). Please check that beforehand!
