Lontano Quartet call for scores

With the aim of promoting contemporary musical creation, and on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the LES MUSICALES D’ASSY Festival, the LONTANO Quartet is launching a call for compositions for string quartet :

The proposed work(s) must be, of your choice:

1) A creation
2) A work written within the last 10 years

> The duration of the proposed work must not exceed 20 minutes.
> The call does not include works with added electronics

The LONTANO Quartet will select a minimum of 5 works, a maximum of 10 works, from the 2 categories above.

Rewards :
- A 1500€ price for the winner

For all selected laureates :
- A workshop
- Public performance at Les Musicales d'Assy 2025 festival
- A recording of the performance
