11th Edition of the Luigi Nono Composition Prize, 2024

Purpose of the prize is to promote contemporary chamber music and to create opportunities for composers and performers to meet. The winner will receive a 1200,00 Euro prize and a commission for a new piece, written for the winner of the “Premio Contemporary Musi” of the “Luigi Nono International Chamber Music Competition” 2024. The Call for Scores is open to composers of any age and nationality up to 40 years old. Scores must be sent within July, 31st, 2024 at midnight (UTC/GMT+1), along with the application form duly and fully filled out to the e-mail address iscrizioni@concorsoluiginono.com. Applications must be sent only by e-mail and must strictly include two scores for solo instrument or chamber group (max 15 elements) enclosed to the e-mail in PDF format and a MP3 (or Midi) recording of at least one of the pieces.
Members of the jury will be: KONSTANTIA GOURZI (Gre), LILIYA UGAY (UZB/USA) and FJÓLA EVANS (Can/Isl).
