Video Producer & Motion Designer (m/f/x)

Missions :
- You will lead the production & post-production of best-in-class social-first video content. As the driving force behind our social media video content, you'll play a vital role in showcasing our concert hall through engaging content that inspires and entertains our audience – both musical connoisseurs and cultural explorers
- As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of all our digital content
- Your responsibilities will span creative pre-production, filming, editing and post-production, ensuring all content is on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with our creative vision
Profil :
- Proven track record in producing high-quality video content for social media platforms (3+ years)
- Excellent knowledge of the full Adobe suite is a requirement (PremierePro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) as well as knowledge of color grading and handling of various video formats
- Knowledge of the operation of mirrorless cameras (Lumix GH5/7), microphones and lights, as well as the basic principles of interview set-ups, framing and video editing.
- Proactive with exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to manage internal teams, stakeholders and artists
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative and imaginative, independent and proactive
- Proficiency in French and English, knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is a plus
- Musical background would be considered a valuable asset.
