£19,000 - £21,000 p/year
PalMusic UK is a London-based charity supporting music education for young Palestinians, particularly through its partnership with the Edward Said National Conservatory of Music (ESNCM), Palestine's national music school. We are recruiting for a part-time (0.5FTE) Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the charity.
Reporting directly to PalMusic UK's Chair and wider board, the Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our small charity. The appointee will work with Trustees and volunteer committee members to shape and deliver organisational strategy, to support fundraising activity, to oversee sound financial management and reporting, and to manage key partnerships and external communications. They will act as an ambassador for PalMusic UK's mission and maximise opportunities to support the work of ESNCM.
We are seeking a proactive and skilled administrator who is passionate about the transformative power of music and the arts, and committed to advancing PalMusic UK's mission.

Contract: Permanent
Working hours: Flexible working pattern, 0.5 FTE, i.e. equivalent to 2.5 days per week
Location: We envisage the role as primarily based from home, with regular meetings in person as needed. Working days can be arranged flexibly.
Starting salary £19-21k (part-time role, i.e. £38-42k FTE) dependent on experience
