Held within the framework of the ATLANTIC COAST ORCHESTRA CONDUCTING ACADEMY, this intensive masterclass offers a rare opportunity to explore 2 orchestral gems:
Debussy - Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune
Ravel - Ma Mère l’Oye, Suite Op. 60.
Participants work closely with maestro Luis Miguel Clemente – an outstanding conductor, one of the most charismatic figures in contemporary Portuguese classical music, and one of the most sought-after and respected conducting pedagogues internationally. The course focuses on gesture, balance and expressive communication, and is designed for professional conductors and conducting students seeking high-level artistic development in a supportive and international environment. Practice will be held with 2 pianists and musicians from the Orquestra da Costa Atântica.
