1st International Composition Competition for Clarinet Choirs

SiNota Cultura e Musica - Associazione Scuola di Musica Città di Pordenone APS promotes and organizes the 1st Composition Competition for Clarinet Choirs in memory of John de Beer.
The purpose of the Competition is to promote the creation of new original works for clarinet choir, encouraging experimentation and the enhancement of the repertoire for clarinet in ensemble.
The Competition is open to composers of any nationality and without any age limit.
Deadline 30th March 2025.
Prizes
First Prize: € 500,00 and publication of the work with Eufonia editions (the piece will be the compulsory piece for 2026 Clarinet Choir Festival – VI International Festival ‘Portus Naonis’).
Second and third prize: diploma of merit.
The jury may award special mentions to particularly deserving compositions.
