Facilities Assistant

Liverpool Philharmonic hosts hundreds of events and welcomes thousands of customers every year. We’re currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to help ensure that our venues remain an excellent environment for customers and staff. You’ll assist in making sure that all Liverpool Philharmonic sites run efficiently, helping to maintain safety processes, and reporting any upkeep issues. You’ll be responsible for providing general support across our buildings, carrying out maintenance and repairs services, and you’ll also ensure that our spaces are set up to meet different requirements. If you’re a positive and proactive individual, with great time management skills and experience in a similar role, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Information
• Salary: Dependent on experience and skills
• Employment type: Full time, permanent
• Hours of work: The standard contracted hours for this post are 35 hours per a week. There will be a requirement to undertake frequent evening and weekend work, and this will be included in the post’s 35 hour working week.
• Holidays: 26 days (pro-rated) plus bank holidays
• Place of Work: All Liverpool Philharmonic Buildings, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool Philharmonic at The Friary (Everton)
