In Harmony Liverpool Producer

£32,000 p/year
Liverpool Philharmonic’s In Harmony programme has gone from strength to strength over the years, now working with over 1790 young people across North Liverpool. We are currently recruiting an In Harmony Liverpool Producer, who will be responsible for programming and managing our provision for 11–18-year-olds through our community-based Youth Hubs, talent development strands, chamber ensembles and progression into Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Company. You’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our 11-18 programme, overseeing everything from budgets and venue management to the recruitment and retention of participants. You’ll manage relationships with stakeholders, schools and local communities, and work to expand our provision across the region. If you’re an organised, creative and engaging project manager, who enjoys working with young people and has a strong belief in music’s power to inspire, we’d love to hear from you.

This role is for you if:

- You can work closely with a range of artists to identify and deliver inspirational activities for young people
- You are confident in working directly with and for young people, ensuring young people’s voices are included in all areas of programme design and evaluation.
- You are an advocate for music industry careers, able to connect young people with training, funding and opportunities to develop their skills and employability.
