Lighting Technician - Fixed Term

Reports To: Lighting Managers
Contract: Fixed Term (21-25 weeks), Full-Time (43 hrs per week, average hours)
Salary: £39,556.12 (Pro-rata)
Location: London Coliseum and other ENO sites as required.

We are looking to recruit Lighting Technicians for a Fixed Term contract over 21-25 weeks. The Lighting Technician will be part of ENO’s lighting team that provides a supporting & creative service for all of ENO productions and for visiting companies both at the London Coliseum and at designated alternative venues. They will be expected to work to the highest technical standards, be considerate and professional in dealings with colleagues and to understand both the artistic aspirations and requirements of a production.

As a Lighting Technician you will be receiving instructions from the Lighting Managers (or Senior Lx Technicians) on a day-to-day basis and carry out those tasks reliably and efficiently and safely.

You will be communicating at the appropriate level within the Lighting department and across the Technical Department to facilitate the Rep and to maintain the highest standards of operation, and collaborating with other departments especially Stage, Production, Sound and Stage Management to fulfil the requirements of each production and the repertory season.
