We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Officer to join our busy Development department on a Permanent contract.

Supporting the Head of Development to deliver Glyndebourne’s fundraising strategy and grow charitable income across all streams, your aim will be to expand Glyndebourne’s income through supporting current fundraising activities as well as identifying and researching new sources of funding.

Responsibilities will include managing and growing the Ebert Room Club and Annual Fund; researching and contributing to applications to trusts and foundations and supporting the development of Corporate partnerships as well as assisting with Development events as required.

Previous experience in Fundraising is Essential, along with an enthusiasm for and understanding of Glyndebourne’s mission, vision and values, and the wider arts/educational charity sector
